In any enterprise involving people getting together it is inevitable that there will be differences of opinion. This is not a bad thing. If everyone agreed with everybody else all the time there would be no change and no progress. Problems may occur when differences of opinion tip into conflict, anger, resentment, and desire to block other points of view.
