Abstract
The purpose of the current study is to identify the determinants of organisational behaviour among the employees in Biocon Sdn. Bhd. a large biotech company in India, by exploring three dependent components - job characteristics (JC), job satisfaction (JS) and organisational commitment (OC), and the relationship with organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The study used 24 items to decrypt dimensions of OCB, with a mixed method to investigate the relationship. A simple quantitative method with using SPSS version 24 was adapted to test the five hypotheses of the study, and a semi-structured question was tested on 15 selected respondents.
