Improving Transfer of Creativity Training in the Workplace

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to provide a brief overview of the effects of training input factors (i.e. trainee characteristics, training design, and work environment) on training/learning transfer, with a particular focus on the transfer of creativity in the workplace. A holistic and multidimensional transfer approach is used to understand the parameters influencing the initial and sustained transfer of creativity training.
