Abstract
The aim of this research to study of the potential causal relationship between safety, leadership and performance of manufacturing projects in Hennes & Mauritz (H & M) an international retail clothing company.. The findings will offer an understanding of the safety leadership and the safety management that has been implemented in the economy. The research is based on four distinct aspects including safety leadership, safety management, safety culture, and safety training towards impacting the safety performance of the manufacturing projects. Researcher has adopted qualitative method, interpretivism methodology, inductive approach, exploratory research, interview 10 employees, supervisor, managers of who are handling manufacturing projects for H&M in Dubai, case study on manufacturing projects of H&M in Dubai to research on the potential causal relationship between safety leadership and performance of manufacturing projects in H&M, Dubai. The following content explain research designs for researcher’s chosen qualitative research approach, which is the use of directed questions for interview and analyse answers. The research finding offers an insight on the way in which the detailed safety management of the operations towards achieving the effectiveness on the safety performance and enhances the success level of the organisation.
